Welcome to the December 2024 Herbal Tea Tasting
Join us for a one hour herbal tea tasting experience. We will begin by learning to identify the plant where it grows, then discuss where, how, and with whom it lives in nature. You’ll learn the different types of cinnamon, then we’ll brew some for tea tasting. We’ll explore the lore and magic this herb can bring to your life, both in teas and food.
You may wish to bring a journal to write your tasting notes and create drawings (if art is your thing).
This month’s plant is CINNAMON and we will taste the bark parts of the plant. Discover how these parts play a role in supporting healthy digestion, circulation, and more.
✨ 📔 ✨ Every participant will have the opportunity to purchase an Herbal Tea Tasting Journal and loose tea! ✨ 📔 ✨
This event is being hosted by the Central Jersey Chapter of Herbalists Without BordersTM.
The event is FREE – Donations will be accepted at the event – cash or credit card. All donations are tax-deductible.
