Central Jersey Chapter of HWB

Formed in June of 2024, we are the Central Jersey Chapter of HWB (Herbalists Without Borders™). Our focus is community education about the plants in our region, how they benefit us, and how they benefit our regional ecology. We serve those in the Mercer, Middlesex, and Western Monmouth counties of New Jersey. 

Herbalists Without Borders™ Mission:
Herbalists Without Borders vision is a global community where all people have access to affordable natural and botanical health and wellness.
To bring that vision into reality, we work with community-based chapters to create educational, advocacy, and grassroots model projects to fill the gaps in health justice internationally.

Every month we will host a tea tasting, offering you the opportunity to learn about herbs and build a relationship with the plants that offer their medicines freely to us. In the warmer months, we will also host herb walks, medicine making workshops, and other exciting events to introduce you your plant neighbors.

We are now partnered with CLŌZTALK (pronounced “clothes talk”), a family-owned Certified B Corporation that raises awareness for more than 450 nonprofits through apparel branded with a nonprofit logo, at no cost to the nonprofit.
