Our Mullein tincture comes from the dried leaves of responsibly foraged Verbascum thapsus.
Personally, I take one dropper-full in a cup of tea or under your tongue two to five times per day between meals as needed.
We use Verbascum thapsus dried leaves and certified gluten-free vodka (80 proof) to make our tinctures. Mother Nature does the rest. 😉
You’ll feel a tingle under your tongue, then a bit of non-lingering bitter in your mouth.
